Coal Appreciation Day 2009

Mine Safety Technology Consortium will be sponsoring a Coal Appreciation Day at Bridgemont Community and Technical College on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, from 12:00p.m. to 2:00p.m.

We are proud to be partnering with Create West Virginia who will be sponsoring our “tailgate” luncheon prepared by Amelia’s Catering. The following vendors and exhibitors will also be attending and will be displayed on the vacant lot:

The event will kick-off with lunch on the grounds at noon. The day will wrap up with a series of presentations in the auditorium from 2:00 to 3:30. The future of coal mining in West Virginia will be discussed by the following speakers:
