On behalf of the Mine Safety Technology Consortium Advisory Committee, staff, and the West Virginia Coal Industry we are pleased to continue the primary mission of MSTC to aid in the research, development, and manufacturing opportunities and ensure West Virginia leads the nation in mine safety and health technology, and innovation for the mining industry.

MSTC is recruiting companies to invest in West Virginia like Snivley, Inc. from Mentor, Ohio and RSL Fiber Systems from East Hartford, Connecticut to be near the mining industry. MSTC is also aiding in the further development of mine safety products in the Mountain State with: Lifepod Systems; Miners’ Helper; Baker American Industries; and many others.

As we move forward during the last quarter of 2010 our focus will be to create opportunities for research and development of technologies related to mine safety in West Virginia.

Our goal is to empower the mining industry and your needs as well.

Please contact our office if we can assist you.
