The Mine Safety Technology Consortium (MSTC) and the Women’s Business and Training Center are partnering to offer a series of small business development courses focusing on business plan development, financing, and marketing. The focus of the series is to offer a low-cost, high-quality training and skill development to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small businesses.
